The Palm House was built with groups, families, and friends in mind; featuring five well appointed bedrooms (We have a total of seven beds: two king, three queen, one double sofa-bed, and one single fold out) with five and one half baths so nobody need feel rushed.
Four of the five bedrooms are in the main farmhouse while the fifth is a separate and completely remodeled Casita in the back with a king size bed, kitchenette, pull out double sofa-bed, and bathroom for additional privacy. The bedroom upstairs includes a sunny reading loft and roll out single bed. (This is the only bedroom that does not have a bathroom attached). Well appointed and tastefully "Farmhouse Chic", there is something for everyone here!
Plenty of different areas for everyone to relax and spread out while visiting, while also providing comfortable spaces that the entire group can enjoy together:
-A beautiful California Room with Redwood decking, features a record player with a box of classic vinyl (and bluetooth, of course), plenty of room to comfortably seat all ten of your companions, and enclosed on three sides and with an easy roll-up privacy screen to seamlessly enjoy a true Central Coast indoor/outdoor living experience.
-The perfect backyard to entertain that includes an outdoor bar and prep kitchen, fire pit, dining table, grill, and covered lounge all under our massive Valley Oaks! Challenge your group to a game of corn hole, hook & ring or get into the Western spirit and tame “Pecos Bull” our roping dummy!
-Enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine from the front porch admiring the fantastic rose garden and sunset colors.
-A full basement with a kitchenette and bathroom is outfitted with a large sectional for movies. There is also a small desk for any urgent work needs.
-The front living room is airy and bright with plenty of room to watch a show or play one of the many games provided.
The foodies and chefs in your family will love the over-stocked kitchen with commercial cooking equipment that will make any chef smile and rare to find in any downtown rental. Serve and entertain your group around the dining table or piano bar in the kitchen.
We include a pack-and-play, high chair, noise machines, and three child gates for the stairs in the house. Please let us know if you'd like us to set these up for your little ones.
Three peaceful blocks from our wonderful downtown square, surrounded with restaurants, wine tasting rooms, live music venues, honky-tonks, galleries and boutiques: park your car and walk everywhere! A large children's playground is also located in the square next to the Paso Robles Historical Society. We are a block from the Amtrak station with EV charging stations, about 30 minutes to San Luis Obispo and the coast, and minutes to all the world-class wineries you can imagine.

Was hard for me to find a 5 bdrm house and this one was great. Loved the location etc

This house was beautiful and so fun to stay in. We had a big family group, and there was a little something for everyone, and so many fun, comfortable places for everyone to hang out when we were at the house. There were fun yard games in the backyard, and board games in the living room. The hosts were also very thoughtful. My 14-month-old daughter was with us, and they put up gates for the stairs and had a high chair and pack n play for us, which made our stay that much more enjoyable! It has great location too: a 5-minute walk from the park and downtown. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Paso Robles!

The best stay in the best location!
