Amazing place and great experience
We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista! The house had everything we needed making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful vineyard views and peaceful surroundings. We appreciated how dog-friendly it was. The thoughtful welcome gift for our dogs was such a nice touch. Lisa was great and very responsive. She provided very detailed instructions, making check in a breeze. We had the best family trip here. Can’t wait to come back!
Lisa was such a warm and thoughtful host! The home is stunning, the backyard views are out of this world and made dinner outside that much more enjoyable. The home was cozy and clean and I would absolutely recommend staying here whether you’re visiting from out of town or doing a staycation!

Lisa’s home was lovely. It’s very close to town if you want to visit local restaurants, but the location feels private and safe. I love that it is dog friendly.
This home was exactly as described and so peaceful. The views of the vineyard and rolling hills beyond were to die for. We especially loved the private, heated treehouse and our kids loved the rubber axe throwing game. We’d love to stay here again if we are passing through in the future.

Lisa was a great host. Her home was absolutely spotless and the views were so pretty. We really enjoyed the outdoor space.
Bella Vista was the perfect setting for our “gal’s getaway”! The accommodations were so lovely and everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay was available to us! We enjoyed time indoors as well as outdoors, surrounded by the most picturesque environment! Though we had a couple of minor hiccups, Lisa was most responsive and on top of everything, so much appreciated! <br/>Our stay could not have been nicer, and we definitely want to return to Bella Vista!!
The house was BETTER than described in the listing. Comfortable bedrooms, plenty of beautiful space to lounge inside, and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. Best place we've stayed in Paso by far.
This house worked out really well for our stay in Paso Robles. Perfect for us, two couples and two children. Spacious, beautiful views, many outdoor sitting areas and well equipped. Our host Lisa was very responsive and provided helpful information.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- PasoBnB will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
